With the upcoming changes to international copyright law, I’ve created these guidelines to help ensure that you have the tools and information you need to create/edit and share the content you create using content or any element from my mods or projects, or just to use my mods to play.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of examples of “Fan Modder”:

Fan Modder: People who use content from my mods and projects.

• Videos & Livestreams (Walkthroughs, Clips, Reviews, etc.)
• Artist (Background, character presets, animations, screenshots, etc.)
• Writer (rework and edited the text, etc.)
• Coding (rework and edited a file, etc.)
• Player (screenshots, giving help, etc.)

These guidelines only apply to all mods and projects owned by Raddeck/RaiderKnight.

These guidelines are for understanding how to use content from my mods and projects. My mods are Open-Source and free to use. It is not intended to be, nor should be considered as, express permission nor an official license or authorization for you to create derivative works of my mods and projects.

These guidelines can and will be updated at any time and become legally binding once online and published to this page. The guidelines are not exhaustive, so I reserve the right to take down and, or deny any contribution at any time, and also deny you to use content from my mods or projects. This decision could be for any reason or no reason. If I deny you the right to use my content, you must stop developing, publishing, or distributing the content you are using from my mods and projects, immediately.

The Guidelines:

• You need to be at least 18 years old or older to use my mods.
• You are not permitted to create/edit and share the content or any element of my mods or projects.
• You are not permitted to use the content or any element of my mods or projects, to create your own mod.
• You are not permitted to create a mod for one of my mod if it’s only for modification.
• You are permitted to do whatever you want with my mods for personal use.
• You are permitted to create a mod for one of my mod if you enhance or expand it with new files, but contact me before.
• You are permitted to use content that has been officially released as “Free to use”, and that I clearly stated that it’s free to use inside your mod or else.

• All Content should be appropriate for the target audience of the Games. I reserve the right to take down anything that may not be suitable.
• Please conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. I do not tolerate or permit content that is illegal, racist, sexist, prejudicial to sexual orientation, gore or is otherwise extremely violent.
• If you contribute to the Remake, your contribution cannot be deleted.¹
• If you contribute to the Remake, you accept to give your contribution to the project.¹

What do you mean by content that is “illegal, inappropriate, or gore”?
Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

• Incest : I know all incest inside the game are with NPC over 18, but I’m not comfortable with that theme.
• Rape : Funny rape are accepted, but not those who are too real or giving too much information about the action.
• Bestiality : sex with animal
• Gore : decapitation, extreme violence, …
